Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for driving business growth? Join our ambitious team as an Appointment Setter and play a pivotal role in our aggressive goal to onboard 20 clients per week. As a key player in our sales force, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition strategy, connecting with potential clients, and setting the stage for successful partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to leads through ReadyMode to schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team via cold calling.
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team directly through Google Calendar and or Calendly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management.
- A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Able to work full-time in US PST office hours (non-negotiable)
