Full Time Appointment Setter Wanted for Healthcare Recruiting Agency in the US.

Our team is looking for a motivated and persuasive Appointment Setter to join our Recruiting team!

You will be contacting hundreds of healthcare professionals jobseekers daily using an outbound manual dialer to schedule an interview with our HR Management team.

Salary is 80,000 to 100,000 php a month from a combination of base plus commission. We pay every 2 weeks using GCASH. You are an independent contractor and must pay your own taxes.

You will be cold calling, email blasting and texting thousands of leads each day using a manual dialer.

Work Schedule: 11 am est til 8 pm est M to Friday US Time (Graveyard Shift). You must work on zoom at all times on your shift.

Objective: Generate 5 leads per day by calling using an Outbound Manual dialer to Schedule phone interviews with qualified Jobseekers for the Broker/Recruiter to speak with in the US.

Quota: You are expect to generate 5 appointments a day for the Broker using our leads.

Equipment Needed: You must have a computer in excellent working condition, an excellent RELIABLE WiFi connection, a camera in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be making 500 calls plus per day OUTBOUND using a manual dialer.

Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential jobseeker candidates through cold calling to schedule appointments & phone interviews for the Recruiter/Broker.

Qualification: Qualify the jobseekers by asking them screening questions.

Script Adherence: Follow a prepared script and adapt your approach based on the conversation to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to prospects and leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects to help refine our approach and improve messaging.

Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target audiences, campaign strategies, and feedback.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience Required: 5 years of Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting for real estate, life insurance sales, or telemarketing, or recruiting preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Healthcare recruitment experience a plus.
You must have excellent English skills and be fluent in English with a limited or no accent.
You must have a back up power source and internet connection

Customer Service experience does not count.

Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.

Persistence: High level of motivation and persistence, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with a manual outbound dialer, CRM systems and basic office software. Experience with [specific tools, if applicable] is a plus.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues.
