JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Utilise Monday software / lead generation platforms to manage leads and appointments.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to identify potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with prospects.
- Set appointments for the sales team based on lead qualification.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments.
- Admin / Ad Hoc tasks (data entry, data management, contacting suppliers / vendors etc).

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing (ideally within Property / Construction).
- Familiarity with Monday or similar CRM software.
- Fluency in English (Native or Business Level Proficiency).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Content Generation / Social Media Marketing (Desirable).
- Must be able to work UK Business Hours .
