Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Apparel Designer to create unique and trend-setting designs for t-shirts, shorts, and various apparel items. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of current fashion trends in the athleisure and sportswear markets.


Key Responsibilities:

Design original apparel for our basketball and athleisure lines, focusing on t-shirts, shorts, and more.

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible and align with brand standards.

Research market trends and competitor products to inform design decisions.

Create detailed technical sketches and prototypes.

Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Proven experience in apparel design, preferably in sportswear or athleisure.

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for basketball and understanding of the target market is a plus.
