We are a fast-growing mobile app company looking for a skilled marketer to manage Apple Search Ads campaigns and optimize our App Store metadata for maximum visibility and conversion. If you have a strong understanding of ASA, ASO, and data-driven marketing strategies, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
[Apple Search Ads Management]
• Plan, launch, and optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS and user acquisition.
• Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and audience targeting strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement A/B testing to improve conversions.
• Monitor and adjust budgets to ensure efficient ad spend.
[App Store Optimization (ASO)]
• Research and implement the best keyword strategies to improve App Store rankings.
• Optimize app metadata (title, subtitle, keywords, description) for search visibility and conversion.
• A/B test app icons, screenshots, and preview videos to improve CVR.
• Track and analyze ASO performance, providing insights and recommendations.
[Performance Analysis & Reporting]
• Monitor key metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and retention rates.
• Generate weekly reports with actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in Apple Search Ads and ASO.
Requirements
[Experience]
• 1+ year in Apple Search Ads management and ASO.
[Technical Skills]
• Proficiency in Apple Search Ads (SearchMatch, Exact Match, Broad Match targeting, etc.).
• Familiarity with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or Mobile Action.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
[Soft Skills]
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing paid user acquisition for mobile apps.
Knowledge of Google Ads (UAC) and other app marketing platforms.
Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, or Firebase.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
