App (Android, IOS and web) for driving school

I am looking for an app developer. This app needs to be programmed from the beginning to the end and then, when it is finished, needs to be maintained and new features need to be added.

Some things that need to be possible:

Client needs to book driving lesson
Instructor needs to see agenda
Invoice sending
Payments
Data exporting (for bookkeeping and reporting)
Push message sending
Website registration
Progress registration

If you think you can help with this, please get in touch. The main goal, as far as I think what we need, will be to have 1 (SQL?) database and an app for students and one for instructors. Both apps will do different things. Students need to be able to register driving lessons, instructors need to be able to see and edit those lessons. They also need to be able to register progress of the student which the student then needs to be able to see.

This is just in short, a quick discription of what needs to be done. Examples can be given from allready available software which is lacking features which is the reason I want to write my own.

Hope this discription is enough, more detailed explanation can be given in an interview.
