The Role:

We require a Full-Time Outbound cold caller (appointment setter) to develop new customers in the Vancouver lower mainland. Outbound calls are typically made to prospective customers (leads provided).

As a team player, you will call leads and book meetings for the sales team by doing outbound calls and updating entries as needed. We will train you in the sales process. You will respond to communications in a courteous and timely manner, and escalate and alert teams via CRM/ SKYPE/ Phone about scheduled meetings.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience
• Great English communication skills
• Able to cultivate good customer relationships
• Motivated and determined
• You need to have a quiet place where you can conduct calls
• Some experience with CRM and Customer service software
• You will need a good internet connection, a minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.
• Must have experience doing outbound calls for B2B
• Must be able to work our operating hours between (8:00 am – 4:00 pm PST) Pacific Standard Time


Compensation:
• ($400 - $500 /monthly) CND
