JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Annuity Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our sales and marketing efforts. The VA will focus on identifying and qualifying leads for annuity products, helping to grow our client base. This role requires excellent communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify potential clients interested in annuity products.
• Generate leads through targeted outreach, including email campaigns, social media, and online research.
• Use CRM tools to organize and track leads and ensure timely follow-up.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to the sales team.
• Create and maintain databases of prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
• Assist in creating content and marketing materials related to annuity products as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
• Familiarity with annuities, financial products, or the insurance industry.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working as a virtual assistant in the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of annuity products and retirement planning solutions.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
