Animated "Explainer" Video Creator

Hi,
I am looking to create 2 - 4 animated videos of 60 - 120 seconds in length to promote my company. These are "explainer" videos that give a quick explanation of what my company does and how we do it.

I am open to ANY 2D or 3D animated video - it doesn't have to be a doodle or whiteboard style video.

If you have done something similar in the past, please share with me these examples.
Also, please confirm:
(1) How many hours does it typically take you to complete 1 60-90 second video?
(2) How much time this week do you have to spend on this? (or once we start working on this, when will it be ready if we assume a standard project with the average number of edits?)
(3) Your hourly rate.
(4) If you prefer to work on this engagement as one set fee per video (with edits until complete), please let me know your expectations.
(5) What tools/software you're most familiar with in creating these videos?
