Analytical programmer for stock trading

Are you an analytical person with some programming skills?
I am looking for someone who can: 1) learn and master a new forex trading system that I have 2) run successful backtests on the system (MT4 or MT5) 3) program an EA (expert advisor/trading script) based on the system (MT4/MT5) 3) automate and supervise the system

If you are a self-learner and willing, you can learn and master each part of this. You don't have to be an expert at the beginning.

You must be a self-starter. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who wants to invest the time to learn and be a long term employee. You will need to be available during USA market trading hours (9AM-5PM EDT). You need stable internet.

Attention to detail is essential.
