We are seeking a disciplined and motivated specialist with technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and a knack for solving problems effectively.
Who are we looking for?
A true professional with:
Extensive experience in PayPal disputes, with a demonstrated win rate of at least 90%.
In-depth knowledge of Shopify, including experience managing Shopify disputes and the new Klarna disputes.
Discipline and focus: you work systematically, stay organized, and maintain a sharp eye for detail.
Problem-solving skills: you are a strategic thinker who can navigate and resolve complex situations efficiently.
Customer service expertise: you communicate professionally, empathetically, and effectively with customers, no matter the scenario.
Motivation and passion: you’re driven to deliver the best outcomes for both the company and its customers.
What will you do?
Manage disputes through PayPal, Shopify, and Klarna, aiming for a high success rate.
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and with a customer-first approach.
Analyze customer interactions and recommend improvements to minimize future disputes.
Collaborate closely with tea
Report results and proactively contribute to process enhancements.
