The Job:

I'm looking for a full time Virtual Assistant who has excellent, excellent, English writing and communication skills. The most important aspect of this job is the ability to learn new skills, think critically, and solve problems as they arise. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is REQUIRED. Seriously, starting off great and improving further is a must.
Experience with ChatGPT is recommended.
Intuitive research skills are REQUIRED
Must be creative, problem solving, fast learning, with attention to detail.

You will be;

Researching industry related information and communicating with customers. This includes;
Collaborating with our corporate partners behind the scenes and solving their issues.
Responding to RFQ’s (requests for quotes)
Fully immersing in our industry, taking on a wide range of tasks that personally alleviate tasks from my work load.
Handling inbound correspondence, general inquiries, and support tickets.



Perks;

For this position I need a worker who works their shift on my time zone. I'm on Eastern US time, GMT -5.
You can work as much as you want, I will pay you based on a salary, but overtime hours will be paid extra.
Vacations are flexible, if you need time off just let me know.

I own Planetside Industrial LLC, a material handling installation company. We work with larger Material handling companies like Mid Florida Material Handling; https://midfloridamaterialhandling.com/

My business has two sides, the crews out in the field doing the actual labor and now the office side.
