What You’ll Be Doing:
Product Research & Sourcing: Find and source profitable products to sell on Amazon.
Amazon Seller Central Management: Manage our Seller Central account and ensure it’s running smoothly.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and ensure timely restocking.
Listing Creation & Optimization: Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
Case Filing & Problem-Solving: File cases with Amazon support to resolve any listing issues and ensure compliance.
Image Editing: Edit product images to meet Amazon’s standards for high-quality listings.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and handle inquiries as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: Must have previous experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar e-commerce role (required!).
Amazon Seller Central Expertise: Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms (required!).
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Ability to analyze data and use it to make actionable decisions that enhance performance.
Excellent Communication Skills: You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be customer-focused.
Google Suite Familiarity: Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, and other Google tools.
Helium 10/SmartScout Experience: Familiarity with Amazon tools like Helium 10 and SmartScout is a plus.
Work Requirements:
Full-time Commitment: Must be able to commit to 40 hours a week, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
Reliable Workspace: Must have a quiet, clutter-free workspace with reliable internet (minimum 50mbps download/upload).
Tech Setup: Own a computer with Windows or MAC (minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM), MS Office installed, and a clear working headset with a mic and webcam.
Compensation:
$3.00 to $5.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
