We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon Account Manager to oversee and manage a 7-figure Amazon business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing listings, managing inventory, and maximizing profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure our Amazon operations are running smoothly and efficiently. A strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including best practices for sales, advertising, and compliance, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Manage all aspects of our Amazon seller account, including product listings, order fulfillment, and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and troubleshoot any account issues or suspensions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales growth, profit margins, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Listing Optimization:
Create, edit, and optimize product listings for SEO and customer engagement.
Develop compelling product descriptions, images, and bullet points to increase visibility and conversion.
Conduct regular audits to ensure listings are updated with relevant keywords and accurate product information.
Advertising & Marketing:
Develop and implement Amazon advertising strategies (PPC campaigns, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor ad spend, campaign performance, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, deals, and brand awareness campaigns.
Inventory & Order Management:
Manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Coordinate with fulfillment teams (FBA or third-party) to ensure timely deliveries and reduce lead times.
Forecast demand and plan inventory purchasing based on sales trends and promotional activities.
Customer Experience & Feedback Management:
Handle customer reviews and questions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Analyze customer feedback and product reviews to improve product offerings and resolve issues.
Manage the process for addressing negative feedback and maintaining a high seller rating.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct regular data analysis to track sales performance, advertising metrics, and profitability.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data findings.
Prepare detailed reports on a weekly/monthly basis, highlighting key metrics, trends, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven track record of managing large-scale Amazon accounts (preferably 7-figure accounts).
Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
Hands-on experience with Amazon advertising (PPC) and other marketing strategies.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of SEO for Amazon listings.
Proficiency with Amazon analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) or FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant).
Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces.
Knowledge of third-party tools to automate or enhance Amazon operations.
