I am looking for a talented VA with past experience in working with US based Amazon selling businesses. We are seeking a long-term and full-time reliable employee who is great at problem solving to join our Amazon wholesale and OA operation.
Your role would include:
Product Research Methodologies: Knowledge of how to identify and evaluate potential products for resale on Amazon, including understanding market demand, competition, and pricing strategies.
Understanding of IP Complaints and Compliance: Awareness of intellectual property concerns and Amazon’s policies to avoid sourcing products that could lead to account suspension.
Knowledge of Retail and Online Stores: Familiarity with popular retail stores (e.g., Walmart, Target, Home Depot) and other online websites for sourcing products.
Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and product analysis are crucial to avoid costly mistakes. The VA should be meticulous in their research and documentation
Criteria:
The product should have a sales rank under 100,000 sales rank in its main category on Amazon.
It should offer a minimum profit margin of 28%
The website should have adequate stock for purchasing
The product must match the amazon listing
Knowledge of how to acquire coupon codes for websites
Knowledge of cash back sites
Avoid products that have brand restrictions, are in a gated category, or have high competition with Amazon as the seller.
Provide 8 to 9 high quality leads M-F
Software and Tools Expertise
Keepa: Ability to analyze historical pricing, sales rank, and product trends on Amazon to determine profitability. Also, how to use keepa to product source and storefront stalk for possible leads.
Seller AMP- Knowledge of how to best use this software for sourcing and sales
Google Sheets/Excel: Strong skills in using spreadsheets to organize and analyze data, track leads, and manage inventory.
Problem-Solving Ability: The VA should be resourceful and capable of finding creative solutions when sourcing products.
Time Management: They should be able to manage their time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Continuous Learning: The Amazon marketplace is constantly evolving, so the VA should be open to learning and adapting to new tools, strategies, and market trends.
Alignment with Your Business Values: The VA should understand and align with your business goals and values, ensuring a long-term, productive working relationship.
Reliability and Accountability: They should be dependable and take responsibility for their work, consistently delivering high-quality results.

Product Sourcing:
Task: Identify 5 products from any online store or distributor that you believe would be profitable to resell on Amazon.
Task: Present your findings in a Google Sheet or Excel file and use the criteria above.
INCLUDE:
Purchase Price: The cost of the product from the source store.
Selling Price: The current selling price on Amazon.
FBA Fees: An estimate of Amazon's fees if you were to fulfill by Amazon.
Profit Margin: Calculate the potential profit after deducting all costs (purchase price, FBA fees, shipping, etc.).
Sales Rank Analysis: Include a screenshot of the product’s sales rank history from Keepa or another tracking tool.
Competition: Analyze the number of sellers and whether Amazon is one of them.
