Amazon and Ecommerce Assistant.

We are looking for a smart, reliable, motivated and efficient employee to help us with various tasks required to run our Ecommerce business. We sell on Amazon and many other channels such as Target, Walmart, eBay, and more.
Experience in Amazon Seller Central is required. If you have prior Amazon Seller Central experience do let us know what you did in the past.
We will train and help you along, but we are looking for someone who is dedicated to a long-term position and fast learner.
The job will require the following tasks when you start out and we will slowly add more as you become more efficient and valuable to our company.
- Daily import of orders to our ERP system from various channels via excel spreadsheets, and upload of tracking numbers, and inventory back to the channels.
- Monitor and respond to Amazon Buyer Messages
- Open and monitor Amazon cases as needed
-Monitor and manage account health, as well as feedback and reviews
- influencer Sample Requests
- Manage Listings including Bulk upload of items, images, etc. to Amazon or other E-commerce channels
- FBA shipments
This is a full-time position. You will be required to use Timeproof and work Graveyard shift. We will need you to be on with us Monday – Thursday from 10:00am – 4:00pm ET. The rest of the hours will be flexible.
