Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research & Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify profitable products, analyze competitors, and assist in supplier negotiations.
- Listing Management: Create, optimize, and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords for better visibility and ranking.
- Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage inventory to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, manage returns and refunds while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Amazon PPC & Advertising: Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads) to improve visibility and sales.
- Review & Feedback Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings, implementing strategies to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Amazon Cases & Compliance: Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing, policy, and account-related issues.
- Report Generation & Analysis: Track and analyze sales reports, ad performance, and other key performance indicators to improve business decisions.
- Promotions & Coupons: Set up and manage promotions, deals, and coupons to enhance sales and customer engagement.
