JOB OVERVIEW

The VA will be responsible for sourcing profitable products, managing inventory, and optimizing listings on the Amazon US Marketplace. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency with various online arbitrage tools, and a deep understanding of Amazon’s platform and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing: Identify and source profitable products through online arbitrage from various retail websites for resale on Amazon.
Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors’ listings, pricing strategies, and sales trends to optimize our product offerings.
Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and avoidance of stock outs.
Listing Optimization: Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including keyword research, title optimization, bullet points, and product descriptions to maximize visibility and sales.
Pricing Strategy: Monitor and adjust pricing based on market trends, competition, and Amazon’s pricing algorithms.
Order Management: Oversee the order fulfillment process, including coordinating with suppliers and monitoring shipping timelines.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction and positive seller ratings.
Data Analysis: Use tools like Keepa, Jungle Scout, and Seller Central reports to analyze sales data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to avoid account suspensions or other penalties.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant with a focus on Online Arbitrage in the US Marketplace.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.
Proficiency in online arbitrage tools such as Keepa and SellerAmp SAS, etc.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Familiarity with Amazon’s terms of service and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of sourcing from specific retail websites like Walmart, Target, etc.
Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
