Amazon VA

We are looking for an Amazon VA to manage our multi-channel inventory, work with our 3PL partners, and provide occasional IT support. If you have experience with Amazon FBA, Shopify, Upgrade to see actual info, and logistics coordination, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across Amazon, Upgrade to see actual info, and Shopify to ensure optimal availability.
- Weekly Reports: Generate and analyze inventory reports to track stock movement, sales trends, and forecasting.
- 3PL Coordination: Work closely with our 3PL partners in Nebraska and Utah to manage shipments, storage, and fulfillment.
- Amazon FBA Expertise: Oversee FBA inventory, shipments, and replenishment strategies.
- Forecasting: Predict inventory needs based on sales trends and demand planning.
- IT Assistance: Provide support with domain management and occasional IT-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong experience with Amazon FBA, Upgrade to see actual info, and Shopify inventory management.
- Knowledge of 3PL logistics and working with fulfillment centers.
- Proficiency in inventory tracking software and data analysis.
- Experience with forecasting and demand planning.
- Basic IT knowledge for domain management and troubleshooting.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
