We are launching an Amazon bookstores offering books in English, Hebrew, and Arabic.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced virtual assistant to help set up, advertise, and manage the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Setup:
Create and configure an Amazon bookstore account.
Upload book listings, ensuring accurate metadata, descriptions, and pricing.
Organize inventory and optimize listings for visibility in English, Hebrew, and Arabic categories.

Advertising & Marketing:
Develop and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
Implement strategies to increase book rankings and sales.
Leverage social media and email marketing to drive external traffic to the Amazon store.

Store Management:
Monitor and manage orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
Optimize listings based on performance metrics (keywords, pricing, etc.).
Track sales and provide regular performance reports.

Customer Service:
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Address customer complaints or issues, ensuring a positive experience.

Continuous Optimization:
Stay updated on Amazon's policies, algorithms, and best practices.
Suggest and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Required Qualifications:

Experience:
Proven experience in setting up and managing an Amazon bookstore or similar store.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and advertising tools.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with keyword research and SEO for Amazon.
Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.

Language Skills:
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Bonus: Knowledge of Hebrew and/or Arabic.

Other Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with books or publishing.
Experience working as a virtual assistant for international clients.
Knowledge of additional tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
