We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Amazon Specialist to take full ownership of our Amazon business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, PPC strategy, and daily operational tasks. You will be responsible for managing product listings, executing marketing strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting day-to-day eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Amazon Listing Management & Optimization
a. Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content)
b. Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10
c. Work with external designers and video editors to produce high-converting images and creatives
d. Ensure all listings meet Amazon's content and compliance guidelines
2. PPC Campaign Management
a. Execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns following company SOPs
b. Monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust bids/targeting to improve ACOS and ROAS
c. Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
3. FBA Operations & Inventory Management
a. Create and manage FBA shipments following company procedures
b. Track inventory levels, inbound shipments, and restock plans
c. Resolve inventory-related issues with Amazon support
4. Product Research & Launches
a. Research and validate new product opportunities using Helium 10 and other tools
b. Follow product launch SOPs to successfully introduce new SKUs
c. Track and report on launch performance
5. Customer Service & Account Health
a. Monitor and respond to Amazon messages and customer
b. Open and manage Amazon support cases to resolve listing or account issues
c. Monitor and maintain account health metrics (performance, policy compliance, etc.)
6. Sales Reporting & Data Analysis
a. Download, organize, and analyze sales data
b. Prepare daily/weekly sales performance reports using internal templates
7. SOP Creation & Process Improvement
a. Assist in documenting and improving company SOPs and training materials
b. Contribute ideas for operational improvements and automation opportunities
8. Cross-Functional Coordination
a. Collaborate with other digital marketing teammates or external professionals such as external designers
b. Assist with Shopify operations as needed
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
2. Strong proficiency with Helium 10, Amazon PPC, and listing optimization
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
4. High attention to detail and ability to follow structured SOPs
5. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and file organization
