Amazon Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Specialist to help streamline, organize, and enhance our Amazon store. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Amazon Seller Central, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Delist items as needed and ensure proper organization of parent-child relationships for product variations.

Shipping Optimization: Configure and optimize shipping settings, including adjusting handling times, disabling weekend shipping, and implementing best practices to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.

Returns Management: Set up return policies with fees to minimize losses from return shipping and prevent abuse.

Product Listings: Update and optimize product listings, including sizing for shoes and apparel, to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s best practices.

Branded Store Setup: Create and manage branded storefronts to enhance our brand presence and customer experience.

Listing Optimization: Implement current best practices for product listings, including image optimization (quantity, type, and quality) and branded content enhancements.

Data Management: Work with inventory data in Excel to ensure accurate and efficient updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing and optimizing Amazon stores.

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including shipping settings, returns management, and listing optimization.

Expertise in organizing parent-child relationships and product variations.

Familiarity with setting up and managing branded Amazon stores.

Proficiency in Excel for inventory management and data analysis.

Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s best practices for product listings, images, and SEO.
