We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon Specialist to join our team and take full control of our Amazon operations, from listing to advertising and fulfilment.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an Amazon expert with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in every aspect of the platform. This role requires someone who can seamlessly handle the full A-to-Z process, ensuring the highest standards of performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, optimise, and manage product listings, ensuring maximum visibility and sales potential.
Develop and execute advertising campaigns using Amazon PPC and other promotional tools.
Oversee order fulfilment and customer service to maintain a high feedback rating.
Monitor sales performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive edge.
Implement strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximise ROI.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to listings, advertising, or account performance.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including listing, advertising, and fulfilment processes.
Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, keyword research, and advertising optimisation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for product and keyword research.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with international marketplaces on Amazon (e.g., UK, EU, US).
Understanding of e-commerce trends and competitive landscape.
