Job Application Questions
1. Did you handle Amazon refund tracking? What percentage of your job was related to this? How many refunds did you process weekly or monthly?
2. Tell me about a challenging Amazon case you resolved. What was the issue, and how did you handle it?
3. How do you monitor and maintain the health of an Amazon seller account? Can you provide an example of your proactive measures?
4. Can you walk me through your process for uploading product listings using flat files on Amazon? What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
5. Tell me about your process for creating a new product listing on Amazon from scratch. What key elements do you focus on to ensure its success?
Role Requirements
*At least 1 year of experience working on Amazon, preferably with a private label company
*Must have Amazon experience on the following:
1) Product, Keyword, Competitor Research
2) Listing Creation and Optimization
3) Catalog Management and Flat Files
4) Amazon Account Health and Resolving Listing Issues
5) Tools: Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar
