We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Amazon Customer Service Support Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in Amazon Seller Central, exceptional English communication skills, and the ability to handle seller inquiries effectively, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to Seller (Synergy E-commerce Clients) inquiries via
* Assist sellers in navigating their Amazon Seller Central accounts, addressing their questions, and providing solutions to their concerns.
* Handle basic troubleshooting and support for account management, listings, and other Amazon-related issues.
* Maintain a proactive approach to identifying potential problems and resolving them efficiently.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support and consistent service quality.
* Adapt quickly to updates and changes in Amazon policies and tools.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative with expertise in Amazon Seller Central.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Proactive, teachable, and eager to learn in a fast-changing Amazon environment.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
* Familiarity with Amazon's policies, processes, and seller tools is a must.
Working Days:
EST: Monday to Friday
PH: Tuesday to Saturday
* Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Graveyard shift in the Philippines: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH time)
