JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Amazon Seller Central Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon marketplace operations. If you have a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, strong technical skills, and enjoy mentoring others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Utilize technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central to manage product listings, ensure accuracy, and optimize for performance.
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and forecasting.
- Resolve issues related to listings, account health, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and maintain account health metrics.
- Assist students, providing guidance and support on day-to-day tasks related to Amazon Seller Central operations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for keyword and market analysis.
- Ability to teach, and assist students effectively on a daily basis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (e.g., Europe, Asia).
- Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Walmart).
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management tools.
