This is for a FULL TIME , Online arbitrage PRODUCT SOURCING only position.

Job requires 8 hours per day (40 hours a week).

MUST HAVE past experience sourcing for another seller. There will be opportunity in the future for VA manager positions for the right person. We prefer to promote from our employed assistants who we trust so there is opportunity for growth.

Below is a description of pay and opportunities:
- TRIAL PERIOD - Paid per approved lead. Approximately 2 weeks.
- Once you make it through the trial period: Base pay will be $3 per hour PLUS BONUS based on performance.
- Earn bonuses every month based on spend goals.
- Opportunity for base pay increases with good performance.
- Potentially make up to $8 or higher per hour down the road as a manager for trusted and experienced VAs.

This position is for someone who can source for 8 hours each day without distractions. You will be required to find a minimum of 8 new leads working 8 hours per day using different sourcing methods. I am looking for someone with great knowledge in sourcing. You MUST have prior experience. It takes 2 months+ to train a new employee, therefore this position is for someone with experience finding leads in Online Arbitrage. You must already know how to use various sourcing methods.
