JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Entry
Collect SKU performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer reviews.
Regularly update spreadsheets with raw data, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Use Excel and Google Sheets to analyze and visualize data for performance tracking.

Product Listing Maintenance
Assist in maintaining and updating product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all listings (grammar, spelling, formatting).
Troubleshoot listing variation issues and resolve any errors promptly.

Keyword Research & Implementation Assitant
Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms.
Help implement keywords in front-end and back-end listing fields under the guidance of the SKU Optimization Specialist.

Competitive Analysis Assitant
Analyze competitor listings for pricing, descriptions, and customer reviews.
Compile insights into actionable weekly reports to guide strategic decisions.

Inventory & Supply Chain Monitoring
Track inventory levels to avoid stockouts and flag potential overstock issues.
Assist in completing forecasting spreadsheets to improve inventory management and ensure accurate restocking.
Support other inventory management roles, including monitoring product movements and maintaining efficient supply chain processes.

Customer Feedback & Review Monitoring
Monitor and log customer reviews and feedback to identify patterns.
Report recurring issues or positive trends to inform listing or product adjustments.

A/B Testing Support
Assist in setting up A/B tests for product images, descriptions, and other elements.
Document test results and analyze outcomes to recommend successful changes.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Maintain a detailed log of all changes to listings and their impact on sales and performance.

Listing Quality Assurance
Audit listings regularly for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
Identify and escalate any issues or potential improvements to the SKU Optimization Specialist.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with supply chain, customer service, and marketing teams to gather insights and implement updates seamlessly.

Qualifications Required

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including uploading listings through flat files.
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including managing and analyzing raw data.
Familiarity with Helium 10 and other e-commerce tools is highly desirable.
Willingness to learn inventory management and forecasting (training will be provided).

Experience:
Prior experience in SKU management is mandatory.
