Hours: 20 hours per week, 10am-2pm AEST Monday - Friday.
Pay Rate: $160 AUD per week / $640 AUD per month.

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Amazon Specialist to join our team at Kooshy Kids. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Amazon platform, including product listing creation, listing editing, Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), backend management, product reviews, and Amazon advertising. This role requires excellent analytical skills to provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

The first task will be setting up FBA in the USA, and this needs to be performed quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon:
Create and Edit Product Listings: Ensure all listings are accurate, optimized, and attractive to customers.
Set Up and Maintain Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA):
Oversee the setup and ongoing maintenance of FBA, ensuring seamless operations in both AU and USA markets.
Monitor and Respond to Reviews:
Develop and Manage Amazon Advertising Campaigns:
Weekly Performance Reports:
Set Up New Products:

SEO:
Develop, manage, and enhance our Shopify websites, ensuring an engaging and intuitive online customer experience.
Add Plugins to the website such as quizzes, forms, scrolling bars etc.
Extend beyond standard Shopify themes by managing, coding, and creating visually appealing and functional websites.
Create landing pages using Page Fly.
Craft and execute effective SEO strategies to boost our website's visibility and ranking.
Increase and ongoing optimisation of our speed score.
Monthly SEO audits.
Image Optimisation.
Mobile Optimisation.
A/B Testing.
Competitor Analysis.
Keyword Management.


Requirements:

Proven experience managing Amazon listings, FBA, and advertising.
Proven experience in all SEO tasks mentioned above.
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from performance data.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with Slack and Asana preferred, though not essential.
Awareness of the time difference to ensure availability during AEST hours.
