Job Summary:
The Amazon Account Suspensions Reinstatement Expert will be responsible for spearheading the reinstatement process for suspended or deactivated Amazon accounts. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a strong track record of success in reinstating Amazon accounts. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex issues, gathering and analyzing information from multiple departments, and developing effective strategies to resolve account suspensions.

Key Responsibilities:
Reinstatement Strategy Development: Analyze the reasons for account suspensions and develop tailored strategies for reinstatement, addressing specific policy violations.
Data Gathering and Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., customer service, compliance, inventory management) to gather all necessary information and documentation for appeals.
Appeal Letter Writing: Craft persuasive and detailed appeal letters, including plans of action, and submit them to Amazon to achieve successful reinstatement.
Communication Management: Monitor ongoing communications with Amazon’s seller support and account health teams, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Policy Compliance: Stay updated on Amazon’s latest policies, performance metrics, and compliance requirements to ensure accounts are reinstated efficiently and to prevent future suspensions.
Case Tracking and Reporting: Utilize tools like Monday.com and Slack to track the status of reinstatement cases, document progress, and report on success rates.
Prevention and Education: Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams to prevent future suspensions and educate clients on maintaining compliance with Amazon’s policies.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in successfully reinstating Amazon seller accounts, with verifiable results.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Amazon’s marketplace policies, seller performance requirements, and appeal processes.

Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving complex issues.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to write compelling and detailed appeal letters.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment, coordinating with multiple teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Monday.com, and Slack.

Preferred:
Previous experience working with an Amazon automation company or managing multiple Amazon accounts.
Knowledge of additional Amazon services, such as FBA, account health management, and performance metrics.
