Amazon Reconciliations Bookkeeper

Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in Amazon reconciliations, proficient in NetSuite, and familiar with Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce bookkeeping, including reconciling Amazon transactions, managing payouts, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

Perform Amazon account reconciliations, ensuring all transactions, fees, and payouts are accurately recorded.
Utilize NetSuite to manage and maintain accurate financial data.
Work within Amazon Seller Central to pull reports, verify data, and track financial performance.
Prepare monthly reconciliations of Amazon sales, returns, and fees.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless reporting and audit preparation.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records related to Amazon transactions.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Amazon reconciliations and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in NetSuite and Amazon Seller Central.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with multiple e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of sales tax, inventory management, and cost of goods sold related to Amazon sales.
