General SellerCentral knowledge and 2+ years Amazon PPC experience is needed, however, you will also receive a free training and in-depth training.

THE ROLE
An Amazon PPC Manager plays a crucial key rule in the Amazon e-commerce ecosystem. The quality of the work spells the difference between success and failure for the organization. This job is only suitable for a highly responsible person.

The main function is to manage existing PPC campaigns, optimize ad spend, ACOS/ROAS and to create new campaigns for upcoming products. Your success will be monitored by KPIs.

Main Responsibilities (20h / week):
• Optimize bids and manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns based on KPIS, such as CR, ACOS and other data
• Maintain and update KPIs in spreadsheets for campaign tracking and reporting
• Research and explore innovative strategies to improve campaign performance
• Stay updated on Amazon PPC trends by learning from YouTube channels and attending relevant training or webinars
• Create new Campagins, such as Sponsored Products, Display, Brands
• Implement new advertising strategies, such as Dayparting, DSP etc.
• Utilize the SQRP Reports to analyze PPC campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve campaign objectives.
• Write Tickets to Amazon Support in case of PPC issues
• Keyword Research and SEO optimized Listing creating with Helium 10 and DataDive for PPC campaign setups

• Participate in onboarding through pre-recorded training videos
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, who is well experienced in Amazon PPC, for guidance and support

Product-Sourcing: (Optional with 40h / week: available after passing the trial period)
NO experience required – Different hourly rate applied

• Identify and Evaluate Suppliers: Research and assess potential suppliers or manufacturers that align with our high-quality standards and pricing goals
• Negotiate Terms and Pricing: Communicate with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and payment terms
• Quality Control Coordination: Ensure product samples meet our specifications and arrange for quality inspections before mass production
• Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and new product opportunities that fit within our product portfolio
• Logistics and Shipping Management: Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

The Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns for 2+ years continuously
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with SQPR report to derive possible PPC optimizations
• Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining and analyzing spreadsheets
• Great knowledge of advertising strategies and willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to stay updated with new trends and changes in Amazon PPC through research and training
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Highly organized
• Strong understanding of Amazon PPC (Sponsored Product Ads, Sponsored Brands Ads, Display Ads)
• Experienced in using Helium 10 for Keyword Research and tracking data

Note: Managed keywords will be solely in German language for now.
