We're a growing Amazon business ready to take our Online Arbitrage (OA) to the next level, and we need YOU?! We're looking for our second sourcing team member to help us find those winning products. If you're passionate about product research & online retail, confident in your sourcing skills, and have been crushing it for the past year, this could be your dream role!

As one of our early team members, you'll be a key player in building our company's foundation. We're committed to your growth, and we'll invest in developing your product research skills. There are fantastic opportunities to move into management as we expand!

What you'll bring:
-You're familiar with industry-standard tools like Google Sheets, Excel, SellerAMP, Sellerboard, and Keepa.
-You've got at least 1 year of sourcing experience under your belt.
-You have a strong grasp of what makes a product profitable.
-You know how to read Keepa charts like a pro.
-You're familiar with both reverse and manual sourcing techniques.
-You understand Amazon's policies inside and out.
-You have a reliable internet connection, a working computer/laptop, headphones, and a camera.
-You can communicate effectively in English.
-You're a problem-solver who's eager to learn and grow.

Bonus Points:
-You're familiar with Keepa Product Finder.
-You have experience communicating with a prep center and have worked with one before.
-You're an expert at manual sourcing.
-You're an expert at google sheets (you've created templates and understand how to use functions before).

Here's What to Expect:

Trial Period (First 2 Weeks, Paid): You'll dive right in by identifying high-quality, profitable leads using reverse and manual sourcing. To show us you've read this, end your voice memo with the word amazing. You'll also get initial training to understand our company culture and operations.

After your trial, our team your assess your performance and if you're hired, you'll receive:
