Job Title: Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer (Virtual Assistant)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer to join our team. As a sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying profitable products for resale on Amazon and other online marketplaces. This position requires proficiency in product research, data analysis, and familiarity with tools used in the online arbitrage process, including Tactical Arbitrage. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and has a strong understanding of e-commerce and retail arbitrage.

This position will begin with a paid 2-week trial period, during which performance will be assessed. Employment will be offered based on meeting performance expectations during the trial.

Responsibilities:
1. Product Research:
• Identify profitable products for resale through online arbitrage strategies.
• Research product pricing, demand, and competition using tools like Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, SellerAmp, and others.
• Analyze ROI, profit margins, and sales rank to ensure viability.
2. Market Analysis:
• Track market trends, seasonal opportunities, and high-demand products.
• Identify ungated categories or potential for ungating and brand approval.
3. Supplier and Store Research:
• Source products from retail websites (e.g., Walmart, Target, Best Buy) and online marketplaces.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies regarding sourcing and resale.
4. Data Management:
• Maintain and update sourcing spreadsheets or databases with product details, prices, and links.
• Track and organize leads and purchased inventory for reporting and analysis.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the operations and inventory team to align on sourcing goals.
• Communicate regularly regarding progress, challenges, and recommendations.
6. Compliance:
• Avoid restricted or gated products unless authorized.
• Ensure products meet Amazon FBA requirements (e.g., non-hazmat, no intellectual property conflicts).

Requirements:
• Experience:
• Proven experience in online arbitrage or product sourcing for e-commerce.
• Expertise in using Tactical Arbitrage for sourcing profitable products.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
• Skills:
• Proficient in sourcing tools like Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, SellerAmp, etc.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify profitable opportunities.
• Technical:
• Familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for data organization.
• Comfortable using Chrome extensions and other tools related to sourcing.
• Other:
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with arbitrage business models (FBA/FBM).
• Familiarity with ungating processes on Amazon.
• Understanding of trends and sales patterns in online retail.
