AS OUR AMAZON ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST, YOU WILL

• Analyze product-level data (sales, conversion rate, sessions, costs, etc.) to understand product performance trends and communicate these insights effectively.
• Create and update listings on Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart, including photos, videos, copy, and keywords.
• Maintain & optimize product listings, including managing product variations and uploading listing updates.
• Handle administrative tasks, including managing paperwork, document requests, and cases with seller support.
• Troubleshoot issues with phone and email requests to Amazon Seller Support.
• Work with our data team to monitor brand performance analytics and metrics, and conduct thorough analyses of sales, conversion, reviews, etc.
• Stay updated on market news, updates, and Amazon marketplace rule changes.
• Work closely with the strategy team to translate business needs into actions on Amazon and other e-commerce channels.
• Conduct rigorous hygiene and quality assurance checks specific to Amazon's platform to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategy is supported and clear goals are established.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and reduce costs, coordinate with project managers, and drive awareness of the brand’s dynamics and progress to all teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with the Amazon marketplace platform (Seller Central) including proficiency with flat file upload for listing creation and modification.
• Expertise in Excel and Amazon related data platforms.
• Experience in strategic planning and business plan development including analytical skills, presentation development, and process management.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well within a cross-cultural team environment and across different time zones.
• Solutions-driven mindset, with the ability to research and support key decisions.
• Operations experience in a complicated environment which requires day-to-day maintenance of operational efficiency and excellence.
• Experience in managing complex projects and facing challenging situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, giving attention to detail with minimal supervision.
• Must be available for meetings/other 9am-12pm CT.
• Must have a modern personal computer, quality and reliable internet speeds, and a dedicated workspace in home or a quiet area.
• Upper-intermediate English.
