About the Role:
We seek a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to help grow our business. You will create and execute sales and marketing plans to attract new customers and boost our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

*Amazon Listing*
- Create Amazon Listing

*Sales*
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Find and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct market research

*Marketing*
- Create and manage marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email)
- Develop promotional materials
- Analyze campaign performance and make improvements
- Ensure brand consistency

*Data and Reporting*
- Analyze sales and marketing data
- Prepare regular reports
- Use data insights to refine strategies

*Collaboration*
- Work with product development, customer service, and other teams
- Coordinate with logistics to manage inventory and delivery

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Strong digital marketing and social media skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
- Experience with Amazon’s marketplace
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques
- Familiarity with Google Analytics

Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
