Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Amazon Uploading & Listing Specialist who specializes in managing and optimizing product listings on Amazon. The ideal candidate must be proficient in all aspects of Amazon Seller Central, including listing uploads, variation uploads, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining account health. This role requires a strong understanding of FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) replenishment and inventory management. The candidate should also be eager to learn new skills to support the company’s expansion into other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Amazon Product Uploads: Manage and execute bulk and individual product uploads on Amazon Seller Central.
- Variation Uploads: Create and manage parent-child variation listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
- Listing Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to product listings, including suppression, errors, and policy violations.
- Listing Creation: Optimize product listings with high-quality content, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images.
- FBA Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels, plan and execute FBA shipments, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory across multiple channels, analyze stock movement, and forecast needs to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Account Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor and maintain account health by addressing any compliance issues or performance metrics.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and be willing to learn new e-commerce platforms and skills for future company growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (3+ years) with Amazon Seller Central, including product listing management, variation uploads, and FBA replenishment.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon’s guidelines, policies, and troubleshooting methods.
- Proficiency in handling inventory management, with a focus on forecasting and stock optimization.
- Familiarity with monitoring and maintaining Amazon account health and performance metrics.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
