About the Role: We are seeking a creative and driven Amazon Growth Hacker to join our dynamic e-commerce team. As an Amazon Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive sales, enhance product visibility, and maximize ROI. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about using data-driven insights to deliver tangible results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase sales and market share on Amazon.
• Optimize product listings through effective SEO tactics to enhance organic search rankings and visibility.
• Manage and refine PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
• Analyze performance metrics on Amazon Seller Central to make data-informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
• Drive initiatives to increase customer reviews and feedback while complying with Amazon’s guidelines.
• Experiment with pricing strategies to find the optimal balance between competitiveness and profitability.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to drive external traffic from social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Monitor and respond to market trends and competitor activities on Amazon.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management and reduce logistics costs.
• Continuously test and iterate on different growth tactics to identify the most effective approaches.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon sales growth and optimization.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, including Seller Central, FBA, and Amazon Advertising.
Experience with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
Proficient in data analysis with an ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
