Amazon FBA Wholesale Virtual Assistant (VA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Amazon FBA Wholesale Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. As an FBA Wholesale VA, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Amazon FBA Wholesale business, from sourcing products to inventory management, with the goal of maximizing profitability and ensuring seamless operations.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Create a Daily Product Sourcing Plan/Strategy;
• Search, analyze, and evaluate online suppliers and their product categories/product range, in line with the company’s profit and sales targets as well as budget;
• Consider various criteria in searching and choosing products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behavior, associated risks, and overall business environment (such as pandemic);
• Create product mix strategy, considering stock levels per peak seasons, special events, and supplier lead time;
• Analyze profit performance of products and evaluate profitability trends as well as pricing strategy, using various tools such as Keepa, FBA Multi-Tool, BuyBotPro, and SAS;
• Track and analyze trends on products consumption; and
• Other related tasks in support of business operations.


- Product Sourcing & Supplier Relations:
- Identify and source profitable wholesale products from reliable suppliers.
- Communicate with reliable suppliers, manufacturers and/or distributors through emails & calls to ensure get approvals on reselling their products on Amazon.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain positive relationships with wholesale suppliers and distributors.

- Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate shipments from suppliers to Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Keep track of FBA shipments, create shipping plans, and resolve any shipment issues with Amazon.

Product Listing Optimization:

- Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords) to enhance visibility and increase sales.
- Monitor product performance, ensuring high-quality listings that comply with Amazon's policies.

Competitor Analysis & Market Research:
- Analyze competitor pricing, strategies, and market trends to stay competitive.
- Research and evaluate potential product opportunities within various niches.

Order & Customer Service Management:
- Monitor customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints through Amazon’s Seller Central platform.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track key metrics, including sales performance, profitability, and account health.
- Provide regular reports on business performance and offer recommendations for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Amazon PPC campaigns and other marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of inventory forecasting tools.
- Prior experience in managing multiple Amazon accounts or brands.
THE REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant for Amazon FBA Wholesale businesses.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.
- Strong understanding of wholesale sourcing and product research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Keepa, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics;
- Planning Skills/Time Management;
- Technology Skills - Google Suite, MS Excel, Social Media (eg Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom);
