JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with Amazon FBA product sourcing and product listing tasks. If you have experience working with Amazon FBA, product research, and listing optimization, we would love to have you on board.

OPPORTUNITY TO INCREASE HOURS WITH SOURCING PROFITABLE PRODUCTS!

Key Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing: Research and identify profitable products to sell on Amazon FBA, including analyzing product demand, competition, and profitability.

Supplier Communication: Reach out to suppliers and manufacturers, negotiate prices, request quotes, and order samples when needed.

Amazon Listing Creation: Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend keywords.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels on Amazon and ensure products are reordered on time.
Market Research: Analyze competitors’ listings, prices, and customer reviews to identify trends and opportunities for product optimization.

Amazon Seller Central: Assist with uploading products to Amazon Seller Central and ensure that listings are properly formatted and compliant with Amazon's guidelines.

Order Management: Help with tracking orders, handling returns, and assisting with customer service-related inquiries.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with Amazon FBA or knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a must.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify profitable products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel, Word, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or other Amazon research tools is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in negotiating with suppliers.
Understanding of Amazon FBA fees, logistics, and the supply chain process.
Ability to provide suggestions for improving product listings based on data and market trends

**Must have great communication skills, strong English is preferred**
