JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to assist in sourcing profitable products that meet our strict criteria. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Amazon FBA sourcing and be able to identify winning products with high margins, low competition, and consistent sales.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily product research to find 3-5 high-margin, low-competition products that meet our criteria.

• Analyze product performance using data tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, or Jungle Scout.

• Ensure all products meet the following criteria:

• Profit Margins: 25%-40%+

• Competition: No more than 15 sellers (unless the product sells 500+ units/month, then max 35 sellers).

• Sales Volume: At least 100+ sales per month per product.

• Buy Box Rotation: Ensuring a fair opportunity to win the buy box.

• No Amazon or Original Brand: The listing should not be dominated by Amazon or the brand itself.

• Product Requirements:

• No restricted products.

• No hazmat items.

• No products containing batteries.

• No heavy products (maximum weight: 10 lbs).

• Low-cost to purchase with high ROI.

• No more than 10 units required for ungating, and ungating must be possible with an official invoice from an authorized distributor.

• Pricing Consistency: The product must have a stable sales price history. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Amazon FBA sourcing.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon’s policies, buy box rotation, and competitive analysis.

• Familiarity with tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, Jungle Scout, or Helium 10.

• Ability to find reliable suppliers or authorized distributors.

• Strong analytical skills to assess product profitability and risk factors.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
