Job Description:

No previous Amazon experience is required, but the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

- Strong Writing & Content Creation Skills: Ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for Amazon product listings, A+ Content, product descriptions, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Learning & Adaptability: Ability to self-learn and conduct research to understand Amazon SEO, product positioning, and target audience needs.
- Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze product performance data, customer reviews, and competitor strategies to refine and optimize listings.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to proofread and edit, ensuring all written materials are grammatically accurate, brand-aligned, and Amazon-compliant.
- Time Management & Task Execution: Ability to work under deadlines, efficiently prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality work within given time frames.
- Honesty & Integrity: Exhibit high professional ethics, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of product information.
- Resilience & Commitment: Patient, detail-oriented, and persistent in refining and improving product copy to maximize conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Strategic Contributions: Proactively offer constructive feedback, make recommendations based on copywriting work and Amazon updates, and actively contribute insights to improve workflows and other processes for company.
- Basic SEO & Data Management Proficiency: Familiarity with keyword research, search intent optimization, and basic data entry related to content performance tracking.
