Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Account Management: Manage and oversee our Amazon UK FBA account, ensuring all aspects of the operation are running smoothly.
- Product Research & Sourcing: Identify profitable products through thorough market research, analyse competitors, and work with suppliers.
- Listing Optimisation: Create, edit, and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and backend keywords to increase visibility and conversions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, reorder products as needed, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Amazon PPC & Advertising: Manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns, monitor advertising budgets, and ensure the best ROI.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, handle reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyse sales data, product performance, and inventory metrics to provide weekly/monthly reports.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure all product listings meet Amazon’s guidelines and compliance requirements, especially for the UK market.

Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience with Amazon FBA, especially in the UK marketplace. A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Amazon accounts.
Skills: Strong knowledge of listing optimisation, Amazon PPC, inventory management, and product research tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets, and Amazon Seller Central.
Communication: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and work under minimal supervision.
