Amazon FBA Business and Project Manager (As-Needed Basis)

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with a deep understanding of private labeling and the Amazon FBA process. This role requires someone who can manage key tasks in business operations, manage other VAs, and assist with product and logistical decisions.

This position operates on an as-needed basis. Hours will vary depending on the business's needs, but we’ll provide notice in advance to ensure your availability aligns with upcoming tasks or projects. As the business grows and stabilizes, there is potential for the role to expand into a more consistent part-time or full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage operations and assist in product development and FBA logistics.
- Provide strategic advice for business growth.
- Help during product launches and peak periods.

The following responsibilities will be needed in the future as the business expands:
- Organize VA coordination and task assignment.
- Train and onboard new VAs.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Skills/Experience Required:
- Management experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Can do research on product development
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
