About Us:
Blueco is an Amazon-focused agency helping brands grow and thrive on the platform. We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Expert Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our Amazon account(s).
Key Responsibilities:
• Listing Optimization: Manage and update product listings, ensuring titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images are optimized for keywords and conversions.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate restocking to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.•
• Order and Customer Management: Monitor customer orders, respond promptly to queries, resolve issues, and manage reviews/feedback to maintain a positive seller rating.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account health metrics, sales reports, and advertising performance, and provide insights for improvement.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify high-converting keywords for product listings and PPC campaigns.
Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout.
• Strong understanding of Amazon algorithms, SEO, and advertising tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Expertise in Notion and automation tools.
