We source profitable leads and sell them on Amazon.
The big question is, where do we buy products to build our inventory?

Here is the answer and this is what we are seeking help with.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant who has a proven track record of successfully opening accounts with direct brands, rather than suppliers, distributors, or wholesalers. This role requires someone who understands the intricacies of brand account management, can efficiently communicate with brands to establish relationships, and can help our business establish direct partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Research and identify direct brands that align with our business needs.
+ Contact and establish communication with decision-makers at the brand level.
+ Successfully negotiate and open direct accounts with brands (NOT through distributors or wholesalers).
+ Maintain strong relationships with brand contacts and ensure ongoing account management.
+ Coordinate and track all communication and documentation regarding brand account status.
+ Provide regular updates on account progress and market insights.
+ Assist with general administrative tasks and any other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in opening accounts with direct brands (must provide specific examples).
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build rapport with key brand contacts.
+ Ability to research and identify the right brands for our business.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
+ Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus.
+ Knowledge of eCommerce, retail, or brand partnerships is a plus.

Compensation: Project-based compensation
