We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon E-Commerce Administrator to manage, optimize, and grow our client's Amazon marketplace.
This role requires expertise in overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining product listings, analyzing performance metrics, and driving sales through effective marketplace strategies.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Amazon’s Seller Central, an analytical mindset, and the ability to stay ahead of marketplace trends.
1. Product Listing Management:
Create, manage, and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specifications.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to product visibility, listings, or variations.
2. Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Process and manage orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
3. Pricing and Promotions
Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Plan and execute Amazon promotions, discounts, and campaigns, including Lightning Deals and Coupons.
4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Analyze sales reports, product rankings, and key performance metrics (e.g., Buy Box, conversion rates, and customer reviews).
Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to improve visibility and sales.
5. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure all listings and operations comply with Amazon policies and guidelines.
Handle account health monitoring, addressing policy violations, and resolving suspensions if necessary.
6. Advertising and Marketing:
Manage Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI.
Optimize ad performance through keyword research, bid management, and campaign analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team on off-Amazon traffic strategies.
7. Customer Engagement:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and feedback.
Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
8. Marketplace Expansion:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand product offerings or enter new Amazon marketplaces (e.g., international markets).
