About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Amazon Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Amazon customers via email, phone, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed performance targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
- High-speed internet connection is required.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in Amazon customer support.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Amazon products and services.
Work Hours:
- 11:00 pm - 8:00 am (Philippine Time)
- 12:00 mn - 9:00 am (Philippine Time)
