Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with Amazon FBA experience to handle day-to-day customer service and administrative tasks. Your main focus will be responding to buyer inquiries, processing orders, updating listings, and coordinating returns/refunds in compliance with Amazon policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to buyer messages via Amazon Buyer-Seller Messaging.
Monitor and update product listings, inventory, and orders in Seller Central.
Handle refunds, returns, and warranty inquiries.
Provide general administrative support (data entry, reporting, etc.).
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience handling Amazon FBA customer service or similar e-commerce tasks.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Familiarity with Amazon policies and Seller Central.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
