Amazon Coach - Chat Moderator

We are looking for 1 Amazon FBA Coach/Chat Moderator of an Amazon Coaching Community that will be responsible of the following:

1. Moderate Student Community Chat
2. Respond to student questions and concerns in the chat
3. Reach out to students by sending them a Direct Message to check up on them
4. Assist Head Coach in any Student Engagement Activities
5. Provide Daily Gems/Tips/Trivia to the community

Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of experience in Store Management and Product Research in Amazon FBA (Online Arbitrage & Retail Arbitrage) Someone who has experience in starting up Amazon Store is a plus
2. Able to explain complex information to students who are beginners in the field of Amazon Selling
3. Has a lot of patience when dealing with student questions and concerns
3. Has an engaging personality, energetic and Lively
4. Willing to work CST Business Hours (8am-5pm CST)
5. Has Strong and and stable internet connection and back-up power connection
6. Ability to multi task
